As part of the Trout-in-the-Classroom program, www.troutintheclassroom.org TCA has raised Brown Trout in the classroom since 2000. We start with approximately 150 eggs each year and release them in the Wappinger Creek or Esopus River. We have collected a tremendous amount of data on trout tank management and water quality of local tributaries. This wiki is our attempt to publish some of our data.
Each page is hosted by TCA Biology students. Criteria for the page include clear communication of an aspect attached to trout, at least one link and one picture.
